Links from Power Poll Emails do not Work

Many company email systems process URLs in emails as a means to prevent introducing malware. Sometimes links from emails are disabled entirely. If yours is amongst these, the URLs found in Power Poll emails could be mangled so that they no longer work.

Possible resolutions include:

• Copy and paste the URL that appears beneath the button or you can type it in manually. Power Poll survey emails follow the same format: https://survey.powerpoll.com/[numbers]/[letters and numbers]. If the URL in your email is different and/or has additional parts, then your email system has probably modified it.
• Use a different email address (with a different underlying email system). You can change your email address in the My Account section of the dashboard.
• Contact your IT department.
