Sam Allard

Sam Allard is the Senior Writer at Cleveland Scene Magazine, where he reports on politics, power and other topics of local interest. He's a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and the NEOMFA at Cleveland State. Prior to joining Scene, he was encamped in Sarajevo, Bosnia, on an investigative reporting fellowship with the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project. His work has appeared in VICE, Slate, The Intercept and elsewhere. He was born and raised on Cleveland’s near west side.
