Griffin Coop is a freelance writer who has written for the Arkansas Times, the Arkansas Nonprofit News Network, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and the Pine Bluff Commercial. Raised in a small town in Jefferson County, Griffin graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor's degree in Religion and from Boston University with a master's degree in Theological Studies. Griffin also earned a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Griffin worked in the office of Little Rock Mayor Mark Stodola and created a nonprofit organization to provide weekend trips for cancer patients. Griffin lives in Little Rock with his wife, Elizabeth, and cat, Mr. Meowington.
